Goods Damaged in Transit
If your Baby Bootz are damaged in transit, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement. Please ensure you report this to us within 2 business days of the product's arrival by sending a picture of the damaged item to support@babybootz.com. One of our customer service team will get back to you within 5 business days with a solution. We don't recommend that you try to return the item, as the cost of shipping may be more expensive that the product itself.
 
Functional products 
If your Baby Bootz are delivered in their brand new condition and are fully functional, we cannot offer a refund. This is primarily for hygiene reasons. Likewise, we cannot offer a refund to customers who have selected an inappropriate size of Baby Bootz, as we have provided sizing guides on our website.
 
Baby Bootz reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
